Terms & requirements
Minimum order quantity
A minimum opening order of $2500 USD applies. Subsequent reorders must meet a $1000 minimum per transaction.
Authorised retail only
Products must be sold through authorised brick-and-mortar or approved e-commerce channels. Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Business verification required
A valid business licence and tax identification number are required. Applications without supporting documentation will not be processed.
MAP policy enforced
All partners must honour our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Discounting below MAP will result in suspension of wholesale privileges.
Review & approval
All applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of HMS Perfumes and is not guaranteed.
